Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must hold, or be in the process of opening, an account eligible under our account terms. By using the service you confirm that this is the case.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for instructions submitted through your authenticated account.

Accounts and transactions

Account availability, transaction processing, interest, fees, limits, and settlement remain subject to your applicable account agreement, approved product terms, and law. A submitted instruction may be declined when funds are unavailable, limits are exceeded, or additional review is required.

Fees

Applicable fees and charges are disclosed under our Pricing and Fees and the terms of the specific account, deposit, or loan product you hold.

Service availability

We work to keep digital services available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, security events, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily interrupt access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with security controls, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The service, its software, and associated names and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service where required by law, where we suspect fraud or misuse, where these terms are breached, or to protect the security of the service or its users. Termination of the service does not by itself close an underlying account, which remains governed by your account agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any right you have under your account agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these terms, or unauthorized use of your credentials caused by your negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any dispute first through our Grievance Redressal process; unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location, without limiting any right you have to approach a regulator or ombudsman.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These terms, together with your account agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us for use of the digital service. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign our rights in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of business.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when services, regulation, or operating requirements change. The current version will remain available at this address.
