Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a digital banking service, fee, or payment transaction may be cancelled or refunded and how to request assistance.

When a refund may apply

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed transactions where funds were debited, unauthorized transactions reported through the approved support channel, or a refund expressly provided by the applicable account, loan, deposit, or product terms.

Completed banking services, statutory charges, interest, and fees are not refundable unless the applicable product terms or law provide otherwise.

Cancellation process

Submit a cancellation or refund request through Support with your name, registered contact details, transaction reference, amount, date, and reason. Never include a password, PIN, OTP, or full card number in a support request.

A request may be declined where the transaction has settled, the service has been delivered, the request cannot be verified, or cancellation is restricted by the applicable product terms or law.

Processing timeline

We will acknowledge a complete request and communicate the outcome through the approved support channel. An approved refund is initiated within 7 business days; the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway may require additional time to credit the original payment method.

Failed and disputed transactions

For failed UPI, NEFT, IMPS, or card transactions where funds were debited but the transaction did not complete, we investigate under the applicable payment network's dispute-resolution timelines and, where a reversal is due and not automatically processed by the payment network, credit the amount back to the original payment method.

Where only part of a transaction qualifies for a refund, we will state the refundable amount and the reason in our response, along with the ticket reference for follow-up.
