EasyBank does not hide mandatory charges. Applicable account, deposit, loan, transaction, service, and tax amounts are disclosed before a customer authorizes a charge and remain subject to the relevant product terms.
What may affect the amount payable
- Product-specific fees, interest, penalties, or service charges shown in the applicable account or product terms
- Transaction or payment-provider charges, where applicable
- Government taxes, duties, or statutory charges required by law
- Amounts and schedules confirmed in the customer’s account, loan, deposit, or transaction confirmation
Price disclosure and changes
The final amount, currency, payment method, and applicable taxes are presented before payment or confirmation. Prices and fees may change for future transactions when permitted by the applicable product terms, law, and required customer notice.

Schedule of charges
The full, itemized fees for your specific account, deposit, or loan product are set out in that product's Schedule of Charges or product terms, available at account opening and through Support on request. Where this page and a product's Schedule of Charges differ, the Schedule of Charges applies.
We provide advance notice, consistent with your product terms and applicable law, before a change to fees takes effect for existing accounts.
